Customers that rely on zSeries for their mission critical applications can now use Likewise Software products to directly join their systems to Microsoft® Active Directory. Likewise Software has also received the "Ready for IBM Tivoli Software" designation that validates the integration of its Likewise Enterprise identification and authentication software with the IBM Tivoli Identity Manager software product. Both products (IBM Tivoli and Likewise Software) manage user access to systems, applications and data and are now validated to work together for secure, automated, policy-based user management.
